Submitting info

Active (current) state employees who would like to submit their accomplishment, or accomplishment of a co-worker to In the Spotlight! can do so by using In the Spotlight!’s online form.

When the form is submitted, it will first go to the Public Information Officer (PIO) or other designated contact in the employee’s agency for review—primarily to make sure the employee’s agency knows about their accomplishment too. In most cases, once that is done, the information will be sent to the Center to post on In the Spotlight!

In some instances, the Center may contact the employee who made the submission to see if he or she would like to provide a video feature on their accomplishment. Note: Employees are under no obligation to appear via video on In the Spotlight!

To learn more about how the submission process works, please see the process flowchart.
